Rumahku is an on-going series of conversations about Indonesia covering the country’s history, culture and current affairs. Usually held on Thursday mornings in private homes, diplomatic residences and occasionally the IHS library, Rumahku events bring IHS members together with speakers who share their unique expertise about Indonesia. Coffee/tea and refreshments are served. All Rumahku events are open to IHS members and, as a way of introducing potential members to the richness of IHS offerings, current members are encouraged to bring guests who might be interested in a particular program.
Events are announced in the IHS e-news two weeks in advance. The venue is provided only upon registration (for security reasons).
Rumahku charges Rp. 50,000 for IHS members, and Rp. 75,000 for guests.
