The Events Section prepares the major meetings and social occasions open to all participants in the Heritage Society. Event coordinators choose venues, arrange for food and drink, organize entertainment and work with Public Relations section to advertise each event.
As our organization has grown, the need for event coordinators has increased. We are developing a team of people to work individually and in small groups on the following events:
