Nasi Tumpeng is a traditional Indonesian dish,
a cone-shaped yellow rice shaped like a mountain with side dishes,
normally comprising of fish, eggs, meat and chicken.
It is essential in Indonesian slamatan or celebration ceremony.
Isla Winarto, President of the Indonesian Heritage Society,
